Under the proposed policy, colonies will be allowed to be built on a minimum of 12.5 acres in cities with a population of less than two lakh and 25 acres in other cities. A 24 meter road is needed to reach the colonies and a 12 meter road inside.
Exemption will be granted for taking more than 12.5 hectares of land
There will be a facility to take the village community’s land, air or other departments and leave it at another place. Developments over 50 acres in area are given permission to set up a colony on agricultural land and up to 50 acres for residential development in a master plan. Village society and other government territories will be regularized in 60 days. According to the provisions of the Revenue Sources Act, there will be an exemption to take more than 12.5 hectares of land.

There will be a system to issue industry-specific, i.e. The sector that has the certificate there, his card will be accepted. If there is no certificate of completion, the card will not be accepted. Its purpose is to stop illegal construction.
