Digital Desk: Vegetables are very useful vegetables. Vegetables have a lot of minerals and vitamins, so eating vegetables is very beneficial. There are many people who do not like to eat vegetables so I have come up with this recipe for them. Find out.

Materials:

4 bunches of mustard greens
2 bunches of spinach
1 bunch Bathua spinach
2-3 green chillies
1 cup corn or corn flour
3 tablespoons ghee
2 tablespoons ginger powder
3 tablespoons full of raw ornaments
2-3 medium onion pieces
For serving I want 1 tablespoon white butter

Method:

Chop all kinds of vegetables, then wash them well.
Finely chop ginger, onion and chilli.
Take a deep covered cooking pot and pour half a liter of water over it and let it boil.
Pour the vegetables in boiling water and add half a green chilli.
Cover and simmer for at least 15-20 minutes.
Remove this pot from the heat and mix the corn flour little by little.
Knead well after adding flour each time, and also grind the vegetable mixture a little with a fork – to see if the whole takes the shape of a paste.
Heat the ghee in another pot.
Fry in it with ginger, chopped onion and green chillies.
Stir for at least 20 minutes, until the onion is soft and translucent.
Now you have to cook with the vegetable mixture for at least another 15-20 minutes.
At the very end of the day, you have to taste to see if the taste is right.
Serve hot with white butter on top.
