The BJP (NDA) government at the center is indulging in conspiracies to take away the rights of the states. Extreme trends are going to implement the theory of strong center and weak states. As a part of it, many reforms will be brought to the fore. However.. most of these states are trying to force it even if they do not agree. At first, the Modi government tried to implement three laws to harm the farmers. Prime Minister Modi had to issue a public apology to the people and farmers of the entire country due to nationwide protests and a movement that lasted for more than a year. However, some critics say that all this is a drama played before the Uttar Pradesh elections and this move was made for votes. Observers say that reforms are being made to damage the school system.

Telangana Chief Minister KCR opposes the Centre’s hopes of keeping the states in the dark in the name of power reforms. However, there are situations where the Chief Ministers of many states do not do what the Center says due to the fear of ‘ED, Modi’. But, KCR made it clear from the assembly platform that they will not put meters on agricultural motors in Telangana. He promised that as long as he was alive, there would be no trouble for the farmers.

Meanwhile, in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly held yesterday, CM Jagan Mohan Reddy said that there is nothing wrong in putting meters for motorcycles and it will also benefit agriculture. However, many political analysts are saying that the AP CM, who is in the hands of the Centre, is acting like this because he is afraid of cases like ED and CBI.

And now the center is opening another conspiracy. Farmers, agricultural motors (electrical reforms) are over.. Now reforms are being taken to damage education. The democrats and many Chief Ministers are wrong to bring these reforms unilaterally without consulting the states. It is said that the relationship of the Center with the states is deteriorating and the Center is completely damaging the spirit of federalism.

The reforms in the education system are…

The central government has announced a scheme called PM SHRI (Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India) to change the direction of schools. This scheme was launched with the intention of upgrading the schools according to modern conditions. But there are 10.32 lakh schools in the country. Out of that 14,500 schools i.e. 0.014 percent schools will be selected.. 27,360 crores i.e. 5472 crores per year will be spent for their development in five years. (It will take at least 350 years to implement this scheme for all schools).

The Center has made it clear that PM SHRI funds will be sanctioned only to the states that implement the National Education Policy (NEP) introduced by the Central Government. But many states are opposed to the Center unilaterally implementing the NEP. That is why the states are accusing the Center of forcing the National Education Policy on the states on the pretext of PM SHRI. Many states are arguing that this is against the federal system.

Just as it is hoped that if meters are added to the motors, they will be given the flexibility to take additional loans. The Center will sanction funds for the development of schools only if the National Education Policy is strictly implemented. Let’s see how many states will accept the blackmailing of the central government keeping in mind the financial needs of the states?
