Chief Minister Helpline was started to solve the problems of common people. The purpose of which was that the problems of the people should be resolved as soon as possible, but the officials did not take the complaints of the CM Helpline seriously and this was the reason that the complaints were getting piled up, due to which the CM Helpline complaints were being resolved. Wasn’t in a good position. Collector Umashankar Bhargava organized a special camp and instructed the officers to resolve the complaints of CM Helpline.

So that the complaints can be resolved at the earliest, the officers who did not take the collector’s order seriously had to bear the brunt of it, then the collector rewarded the departments which did excellent work in resolving the same CM helpline. On resolving the complaints of CM Helpline most satisfactorily, L Forest Officer Huma Huzoor satisfactorily closed 368 most pending complaints out of 377, as a result of which she was awarded a citation for her excellent performance.
