The program of MP Startup Conclave is going on at Brilliant Convention Center in Indore. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is virtually involved in the program. He virtual launched the Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy. Earlier, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan gave a speech and started with the slogan Jai Madhya Pradesh, Jai Indore.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing said that when there is enthusiasm in the heart, there is new enthusiasm and there is passion for innovation, then everything is possible. Youth are accelerating the development of the country with new energy. Referring to the start up policy of MP, he congratulated the government and the youth. PM Modi said that the world of startups has changed in the country in a short span of time. The world’s largest eco system, we are also emerging as a force in Unicon Hub. The bigger the volume of start ups in India, the bigger the diversity. Like Indore cleanliness, he also became a leader in natural farming.
Modi said that startups give us simple solutions to tough challenges. Today new startups are emerging in the field of agriculture and retail business etc. Indian startups are admired in the world. How the word startup, which was a buzzword in some corridors till eight years ago, has become a medium for making dreams come true for the ordinary Indian youth today, it did not come suddenly. A well thought out strategy, clear goal is the result of a set direction. Today, as much as there is a proactive startup policy in the country, there is also a diligent startup leadership. Therefore the country is accelerating development with a new youthful energy.
Modi said that you will remember that when our government came in 2014, there were around 300-400 startups in the country. This word was not even heard, nor was it discussed. But today in a short span of eight years, there are 70 thousand recognized startups in the country. India has the third largest startup ecosystem in the world.
