  • Paneer – 150 grams
  • Curd – 3 tbsp
  • Onion – 2
  • Tomato – 2
  • Capsicum – 2
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Oil – as required
  • Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – 4 tsp

First wash the paneer and cut it into small pieces. Then add black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, curd, red chili powder and mix it well.

Mix all the ingredients well. Keep the mixture covered for 15 minutes. To make rolls, mix wheat flour with water and oil and knead it well.

Then wash the capsicum, onion and tomato and chop them finely.

Heat oil in a pan and cook all the vegetables for 15 minutes.

Add the prepared paneer and curd mixture to it and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the mixture and vegetables to the kneaded dough and make balls.

Roll out the balls like a paratha and prepare the remaining dough balls in the same way.

Heat the pan on the gas and place the prepared dough on the pan.

As soon as the roti turns brown, take it off the gas. Then you prepare it in round-round shape.

Similarly, prepare rolls by rolling all the loaves of rotis. Take your delicious ‘Paneer Tikka Roll’ is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
