Marri says PDM’s race is about inflation, not Imran’s IV News

Federal Minister Shazia Marri on Saturday said inflation in the country was being brought down and mentioned that her party had not noticed the actions of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan.

She inaugurated the Benazir Dynamic Registry under the Benazir Income Support Programme.

The PPP leader lashed out at Imran Khan in his speech and said that it is not appropriate that other people’s children remain in Pakistan and have the problem of filling jails while his children remain in London.

She added that the PTI chief was keen to return to power and mentioned that he said he would not sign the deal with the IMF but agreed on worse terms.

The minister said that the party has given Rs 70 billion for the people affected by the floods and efforts are on to save the country from default while adding PPP is always ready for elections.

She said the people were the real asset of the country, adding that the “chosen” could not understand the problems the people were facing.
