Islamabad: District and Sessions Court judge Islamabad has commented in the case of threatening the woman judge Zeba Chaudhry against Imran Khan that if Imran Khan does not appear in the court today he will issue his warrant.
During the hearing, Imran Khan’s lawyer appeared in the court of Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim and filed a plea for exemption from appearance on behalf of Imran Khan.
It was stated in the application that the application for exemption from the presence of Imran Khan was submitted on the basis of security considerations. Hon’ble Judge said if Imran Khan does not appear in court today I will issue arrest warrant against him. After that, the court adjourned the proceedings till 12:30 p.m.
It may be mentioned that the court has summoned Imran Khan today to give a copy of the case, a case has been registered against PTI Chairman in Margalla Police Station Islamabad.
