Dev resigns from Tripura Muthalwa Viplavakuma-Dinamani
Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb resigned from his post on Saturday.
Assembly will be held in Tripura next year. In this context, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Dev met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national leader JP Natta in Delhi on Thursday. Thereafter, the trio discussed party affairs in the state.
After this Viplavakuma Dev resigned from his post on Saturday. He submitted his resignation to the state governor SN Oya.
Viplav Kumar Dev told reporters in Agatala, “Next year there will be an assembly in the state. The party needs a responsible organizer for the skin. The party can rule only when it is strong. That’s why the top BJP wants me in the state.” Let me work to strengthen the party. After the inauguration, Nab present in the party will take over as the new Chief Minister.
New Chief Minister: Manik Saha has been elected as the new Chief Minister of Tripura. BJP leaders said that he would soon formally take charge.
