After two months Balochistan government was reminded to implement the energy policy in the country, in the meeting chaired by Commissioner Quetta regarding the implementation of the energy policy, it was decided to close all wedding halls and restaurants in Quetta at 10:00 PM.
The meeting was presided over by the General Manager of Quetta Division Sohail-ur-Rehman Baloch and was attended by representatives of Energy Minister Bashir Bazai, Chamber of Commerce and Central Federation of Balochistan Trade Unions.
At the meeting, important decisions were made regarding the union’s energy policy and the energy crisis, according to which all marriage parlors and restaurants in the city will be closed at 10 p.m., at the same time that various proposals for load shedding in central business areas will be implemented.
In the meeting, it was decided that businesses will be closed at 8:30 in other suburbs of the city, the district administration will issue notices in the first phase to ban marriage shops and restaurants.
