Coconut flakes 250 grams

milk 1 cup

brown sugar 100 grams

Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Milk powder 100 grams

First of all, put the coconut powder in a mixie jar and grind it. Then put it in a pan and mix icing sugar and milk. After this, keep this mixture on medium flame and keep stirring it with a spoon until the mixture becomes thick. Then mix in milk powder and cardamom powder. Cook this mixture for about three more minutes. But keep in mind to keep stirring constantly with a spoon so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.

After this, parchment paper is spread on a plate and this mixture is turned upside down. Then press this mixture with a spoon to homogenize it so that it becomes smooth. Place the chopped pistachios on top and press again a little so that the pistachios stick in well. Let it cool for some time and then cut it into small pieces. Take the delicious coconut barfi is ready. If you want, you can make it and store it for a few days.
