Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, while hearing the Maharashtra Sena vs Sena crisis case, has questioned the role of the then Governor and made strong statements. 13 MLAs have written to President Draupadi Murmu about impeachment of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud.

Congress MP Vivek Tankha wrote the letter and 12 other MLAs also wrote including Digvijay Singh of Congress, Shakti Singh Gohal, Pramod Tiwari, Ami Yaganak, Ranjit Ranjan, Imran Pratap Garhi, Raghu Chadha of Aam Aadmi Party. , including Shiv Sena (Udhu) Bala Sahib Thackeray) Priyanka Chaturur and Priyanka Chaturur. Jaya Bachchan and Ram Gopal Yadav signed the letter.
