The Nehru Yuva Kendra Kota District Youth Festival program was organized in RTU in association with National Service Scheme by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. More than 300 young people between the ages of 15 and 29 from across the province participated in the program. Chief guest Vice Chancellor SK Singh remained.

RTU Dean AK Dwivedi, Child Welfare Committee Member Arun Bhargava, Koshish Sansthan Director Pankaj Sharma, Scout Guides Vice President Yagya Dutt Hada, Advocate Bhuvnesh Sharma from District Police Authority were the special guests. Poetry, writing, photography and painting were included in Efnt was a competition in speech and folk dance.
