Besides Krishna and Tiwari, the list of suspended officials includes three ad-hoc officers of Danix and six officials of the Delhi government’s Excise Department, he said.
Meanwhile, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday said he has written to the CBI on former LG Anil Baijal’s “changing stand” on opening of liquor shops in unauthorized colonies.
During a press briefing, Sisodia said: “Why was the decision to open all liquor shops changed 48 hours earlier in November last year? Which shopkeepers benefited and under whose pressure the LG reversed its decision, all these should be answered.”
